Chardonnay Verdelho 2008

  • Beautiful easy drinking with intense aromas of citrus, melon & passionfruit

 

Moonshine Madness

  • Chocolate and coffee liquered port. Scrumptious

 

Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

  • Gold at Qld WIne Awards 08. Green passionfruit & Citrus aromas. Lively palate and fresh finishing with beautiful clean acid.

 

Botrytis Chardonnnay 2006

  • Gold Cowra. Gold & Trophy at 2007/2006 Qld Wine Award

 

Verdelho 2008

  • Gold Medal QLD Wine Awards 08. Passionfruit & fruil salad aromas combined with a richly textured varietal palate that offers both length of flavour and a beautiful clean finish.

 

Durif 2006

  • Medium bodied with red fruits and gentle tannins providing structure and length. Enjoy subtle vanilla and mocha aromas imparted by a blend of French & American oak. Match with red meats or a heartly pasta.

 

Rabbit Fence Red 2007

  • Shiraz & Cabernet blend with beautiful red berry supported by vanilla and mocha undertones

 

Cabernet Sauvignon 2007

  • Silver Cowra 2008. Aust/NZ Small WInemakers Show.
    Three Star Winestate.
    Smells of violets and rich red cassis fruit. The palate is elegant and displays rich berry furit which is given great definition by fine firm tannins and nice balanced acids.

 

Country Road Cream

  • Sweet-Creamy brandy based cocktail.  Serve chilled. Alcohol 16.5%

 

Club Red

  • Sweet Shiraz Muscat blend with nice acid to balance the rich palate. Served chilled.

 

Fontignac 2008

  • Typical up front  floral aromas of the Frontignac variety, complimented by underlying citrus aromas with a rich lively palate. Enjoy chilled and serve with spicy dishes, light cheeses and seafood.
